I want to add that the Author really gave the reader everything they needed to know to replicate the outcomes… and didn’t stop there.

They then followed up by saying “medicine can’t help - don’t bother. It can make things worse, and even in the end when you want help they won’t be able to do anything but kill you faster on accident.”

That’s a serious trail of breadcrumbs.
